Hello all,
need some advice using V6.5 backups in V7. I have created a new backup server and copied over and imported the old backups but how do I get Veeam to continue using the old backup files without creating a new folder for the backups.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
TIA
Mikey

Re: Seeding a backup (not replication)
Michael, you need to map your jobs to existing backup files, please review this topic for instructions. Thanks.

Re: Seeding a backup (not replication)
Thanks for the quick reply, should I remove the backups I have copied over and point the new jobs to the original backups?
TIA

Re: Seeding a backup (not replication)
You can use the procedure with any set of backups (either stored in the original repository or copied over to the new location).
