seperated Forum for ProPartners

I am suggesting a new forum for partners, where we can discuss things like the propartner webseite, handling of internal processes or similar - these things are not relevant for customers and not specific for a product.

One thing that I would like to discuss in first place: Is it possible to see all tickets we have as partner, not just as a single user?
