If i make a linuxbox with lot of storage with an iscsi server and connects this to a Windows 2012 Server through iscsi. Can i use the deduplication feature of Windows server 2012? Will it support this feature on the iscsi storage?
i think yes but just want to be 100% sure before i buy in some discs to my linux iscsi box.

Re: Server 2012 Deduplication - linux iscsi box
Windows 2012 enables deduplication on any partition it sees, regardless what the underlying storage.
