Service Provider disappears from UI
I added a service provider to create a cloud connect replication job. I can create a job and select the service provider just fine, but when I go to the service provider view it does not display. I see count of 1 and no elements in the view. If I filter using the first letter of the service provider it displays for about 2-3 seconds then disappears again. I am running 10 CP2. Are there any suggested log files or increased logging I can adjust? I don't see anything in the usual log files. I will open a service ticket Monday if I cannot figure it out beforehand. If I try to re-add the service provider I get an error that it already exists, but I cannot select the service provider to modify/delete.

Best would be to contact support. Logs may tell you what is going on but I think it requires additional help to resolve this (from the looks of it).

Are you using Veeam Backup Starter by chance? Cause this one does not support Cloud Connect. If not, then I have no idea, as we did not have similar bug reports on any release including v10. Thanks!

Support suggested reboot of VM / restart of VBR service ("Veeam Backup Service"). I opted for restart of service. Reconnect with Console and the Service Provider no longer vanishes. Comment from support "You are goong to need to restart the service every time SP is removed from the tenant backup console. May be something was stuck within the database and service restart was required to clear the lock." Issue resolved.
