Service Provider vs. Enterprise Manager
I had installed Veeam with a test license and started with the Enterprise Manager. Now we are connected to a Service provider and he said He can not push his license because of an existing Enterprise Manager. Am I missing something?

Hi Mirko
Now, you are not missing anything. VSPC cannot push licenses to the backup server. You need to use Enterprise Manager.

To install license on a Veeam Backup & Replication server managed by Veeam Backup Enterprise Manager, use the Veeam Backup Enterprise Manager console. For details, see section Viewing and Changing Current License of the Veeam Backup Enterprise Manager User Guide.
