Session window for populating WAN Cache

I clicked to manually populate the WAN cache, then I accidentally closed the dialog box that shows the progress, how do I get this back again? As I'm trying to run a backup copy job, but it's pending showing;

You can find the progress in "History" tab(at the bottom left)>"System".

Ahh fantastic, I thought there would be a way

Note that even if you cancel the population process, the data which has already been populated, will remain in the cache and can be used by WAN Accelerator.
