Hello,
I used the business view to select a folder with VMs rather than individually selecting each VM. How do I set the credentials for a machine in the folder if it differs from the rest? It doesn't appear to be possible.

It is possible, but to do that you need to add the VMs manually and then specify the credentials you need. Here is a bit more info on this: feature request: guest processing / edit advanced options
