To be more precise, I would like to create a job that would perform an incremental backup every day at 11pm. In addition, I would like to have a full backup every Sunday at 4pm. These full backups will need to be kept for a period of three weeks.

My problem is this: when I configure a "backup copy" job I can't find the option to specify the day and time I want to perform a full backup.
