SharePoint 2013 Database Recovery Model with Veeam Backup

One of my customer was asking me that if he use simple recovery Model for SharePoint 2013 content database & Backup all SharePoint VM by Veeam Backup regularly with below schedule-

Saturday is Full & others days are incremental.

then is it possible to recovery the entire VM or for specific content database or specific items if any incidents occur without any data lost? I am expecting best advice from veeam boss.

Correct. RPO will be equal to 24 hours in your case.
