Silent Install of new patch

Post by continuousjay »

Is there a way to do a silent install of the new patch?
https://www.veeam.com/kb4245

can't seem to find any docs on how.

Hi Jason

I moved your topic to the main forum. It doesn't involve PowerShell.

For V11a, there is a documented way to do unattended upgrades:
https://helpcenter.veeam.com/archive/ba ... ended.html
Let me check if it's still possible in V12.

Another option would be using the VSPC to deploy the patches automatically:

Update:
V12 documentation is online: https://helpcenter.veeam.com/docs/backu ... ml?ver=120

Hi Jason

An update.
The commands in the V11a user guide are also valid for the V12 patch.
We will add back the user guide page for our V12 documentation.

Update:
V12 documentation is online: https://helpcenter.veeam.com/docs/backu ... ml?ver=120
