Small question for "Veeam Backup Essentials VUL"

I have a small question and cannot find the direct answer in the docs and faqs.
My customer buys a 20x VUL Veeam Backup Essentials. Veeam One is included.
With this license, he can backup 20x vsphere vms and can monitor the virtual Environment with this 20 vms with the full feature set of Veeam One?

1x license = backup and monitor for the same VM
Is this correct?
