Just implemented SOBR and added all my local extents to the performance tier to use SOBR offload to Object storage and getting a little confused.
My backups are scattered between the 3 NAS I have. I would like to control where the local backups are going? I think this is one of the cons of SOBR it becomes one system and automated.
Can anyone help to explain to me? Thanks

Re: SOBR - Backups are scattered between extends
Hello Slkdee
The benefit of a SOBR is to use different extends (your NAS) as a single target for a job (your SOBR).
Backups of your machines are stored on different extends to use all the available space.
Why do you want to control which VM goes to which NAS? If that is a requirement of your backup design, you may have to consider using three jobs pointed to three different SOBRs.
Best,
Fabian
