SOBR Tiering Failing
Case #06038738
Ever since upgrading to v12 my SOBR Tiering to Capacity fails. I get an error stating: Amazon S3 connection has returned an untrusted certificate. Revocation check for security certificate has failed
This worked fine before upgrading to v12.

The case was opened for the community edition, but you are talking about SOBR Tiering.
This feature is not available in the community edition.
I suggest to open the case for the correct license to get help for this technical issue.

I, unfortunately, don't have access to that in my portal for some reason. The only option is the community edition.

Please ask your primary license administrator to check if you are a case administrator.
If you don't know your primary license admin, you can send me the mail address of your my.veeam.com account per DM, I can check for your later. After I have verified your license contract, I can ask support management to move the case to the active maintenance queue.

Please share your case number as requested for any technical issue.
The case for JFlan was solved by choosing a gateway server in the object storage properties.
That doesn't mean it will solve the issue in your environment too. It should be investigated by our support team.

Same issue for us. Firewall had never been configured to allow that traffic directly from the repo server.
