Software Appliance B&R13 does not recognize PCIe Boot drive

Hello,

I am trying to install Backup & Replication 13 using the Software Appliance ISO. However, the installer does not detect my Dell BOSS Boot SSD—it only recognizes the attached SAS storage.

In contrast, when I use the JeOS ISO to deploy the hardened repository, my BOSS SSD is detected without any issues.

Is there anything I can do to resolve this?

Hello, as with any technical issue, you can open a support case to have it resolved. Since both VSA and VIA ISOs are built on the same exact JeOS, any differences in behavior are completely unexpected, so I would be very curious to know what was the issue here.
