Hello, I upgraded to version 6 around a week ago, and over the weekend I started getting the below event log:
Log Name: Application
Source: MSSQL$SQLEXPRESS
Date: 5/03/2012 1:24:38 PM
Event ID: 701
Task Category: Server
Level: Error
Keywords: Classic
User: restore
Computer: Veeam
Description:
There is insufficient system memory in resource pool 'internal' to run this query.
The only database that is held in that instance of SQL is Veeam.
Has anyone see this with Veeam before?
Thanks,
Dekkar

Re: SQL errors after upgrading to 6
I have not seen this error within Veeam previously, but I am familiar with this as a general SQL error. It seems as though the cap on the SQL DB's memory usage doesn't fit up well with the resources of the server that the database resides on very well, therefore there is not enough memory to process the query made against the Veeam database. You should be able to find other cases of this with a google search.

Same error here.
Running Veeam B&R 6 on 2008 Datacenter with SQL 2008 on 6 VMs (2vCPU, 4GB RAM). Only having the problem on one instance, which has a job containing larger VMs.
