Is there any way other than opening the job manually and checking to find out of the SQL log backup job has issues?
Maybe I could get e-mail notification?, see this in Veeam ONE? or perhaps the job would be in some sort of error state?

Rasmus, there's a
report in Veeam ONE that tracks the progress of SQL logs backup, should answer your request.

+ if I remember correctly, there IS a summary report that gets sent based on image-level backup schedule (for example, daily). Would be too much to send it every 5-15 minutes...
