Hi,
I have a virtual Hyper-V Machine with a SQL Server Application.
I use B&R 11 Community Edition.
To make valid Backups of this machine it is enough to enable
"Application-aware processing" and in "Processing Settings" "Truncate Logs"?
Bestreg and thanks
Surfy

Re: SQL Server Backup on Veeam B&R 11
Hello Surfy
What SQL application do you use?
Microsoft SQL? Then yes, "Application-aware processing" will make sure that you have a consistent backup of your MSSSQL databases.
We also support MySQL and PostgreSQL on Linux with our Linux Agent. Or starting with v12, PostgreSQL databases on Linux VMs with a VM backup job.
You may want to update your backup server to v12.1:

V11 has gone out of support last month:

Best,
