I configured a new backup job for our MS SQL Server and told the job to regularly backup the Transaction Logs. As expected the job made automatedly a second job for the logs.
My question is:
The “SQL Server Transaction Log Backup” job is always running, newer stop, is that normal?
Shouldn’t it stop after successful run and then start again for the next run?

Yes, it's normal for it to be displaying as always running, because transaction log backup is a near-continuous process.
