SQL Transaction Log Backups failing - 'Failed prepare storage access'

One of our SQL Servers is suddenly failing to backup SQL Transaction Logs through Veeam, the only error that I can see 'Failed prepare storage access'

There are no storage / low space issues on either the Veeam side or the SQL server side, and our several other SQL servers are backing up their transaction logs with success so just the one job failing

Any ideas?

The only way to determine the root cause is precise examination of debug logs, it's not something what we can easily fix over forum posts. Let's wait for the results of analysis from our support team.

We rebooted our Veeam server as part of a different project and that resolved the issue!
