Yes, You're right it's what I should do first. I didn't noticed extract.exe on the beginning.

I thought so is in the very end, starting on page 86.
But overall it's real easy to use (unless you want to script it, then you need to know the command line parameters). Other than that, just run the tool, and it gives you nice interactive mode with all the hints on what to do. Very intuitive.
