stop all services before update?

Post by kenw232 »

I'm trying to update. The FAQ says "please stop all the Veeam jobs and services" before I update. Does the services mean stop the Windows services for veeam (all 7 of them) in service.msc manually? What exactly is services?

Yes, please stop all the Veeam services you see in the Services console.

Did you try to manually start the services before rebooting?

As per the release notes, it can take up to 10 minutes to apply all the database changes.
