StoreOnce Code 3.13.1 and Catalyst crashes...

I'm just wondering if anybody is having issues with HPE StoreOnce 3.13.1 using catalyst stores (encrypted) and Veeam V9? Basically what happens is the services crash on the Store Once and Catalyst becomes unavailable. The only resolve is to restart the Store Once node or array. I've contacted HPE and they've communicated that it is a bug on their side in their 3.13.1 code with an ETA for a resolve/fix as 'unknown/unlisted' meaning its months away. The recommendation was to try/test the Catalyst stores *without* encryption enabled. Using the encryption in Veeam (or any software) would destroy the dedupe ratios. Seems like a significant issue and loss of operational value. Anybody other seeing this?
