Succesully finished VMCE exam, how long before update/certificate

Hi all,


Yesterday i passed the VMCE 9 exam.
But i was wondering how long it takes before my profile gets confirmation of this. (https://www.veeam.com/my-vmce-certification.html)
Apparently i should receive a digital badge/certificate that i can link on linkedin.

I am asking this because i had trouble in the past with my account (also my account on VMware) and someone had to fix something in the background.

If the process takes a week or so, i will just wait.
Otherwise i will try to contact some support.

I once emailed veeam VMCE Support with the same question and got this response:

Please note that certificates are not automatically issued but based on a weekly report that occurs every Tuesday. This week however we ran the report on Monday due to some changes in our schedule and you score was not visible at that time. Your score will be included in next week’s report and your certificate will be generated by next Tuesdays afternoon.

Well that could be realistic, that it works in cycles.

The reason i started this topic is because i had several issues with my accounts in Veeam and also VMware.
I have learned never ever to register with a company emailaddress because when you leave the company, you will have issues with your accounts.
In VMware my account got separated after changing the work email to private email.
So on one account i had done the foundation exam, on the other account the final official exam.
I had to work with several people to get this fixed and merged before i finally received my VCP certificate.

With Veeam i had comparable issues, i changed my emailaddress in one profile.
With Veeam i have several profiles (lochoice, the my certificate site, the veeam site itself)
And with Veeam it's tricky, because using a private emailaddress is not possible by default.
So i could not reach Veeam support either, i also needed a work emailaddress there.

I reached out to a Veeam representative i knew well personally and he helped me further, otherwise i could not even book my exam.

Nothing happened yesterday, my "https://www.veeam.com/my-vmce-certification.html" still says "schedule exam".
I now wanted to file a support ticket, but i cannot do that with my personal email.

Unless anyone here can direct me to an official support channel here, i will have to contact some representative from Veeam again. I am not a fan of that because i feel this is not the right way to deal with things like this.
