Suddenly ALL backups fail!

Post by Mike »

The last 3 days we experience failures of ALL backups.

I cant seem to find the problem, no settings were changed as far as I know.

In virtual center the VM goes in snapshot modus, and 10 seconds later it removes the snapshot.
Accounts used have full rights in vcenter and are domain admin.

I get this error in the Report:

Completing current object backup process VCB
error: Error: No permission to perform this action. An error occurred, cleaning up...

Seems like something changed, but what?

Thx...

EDIT: it began on 1th of April .. MMhhh..

Mike, we need definitely need all logs here to find out what "this action" was :)
Please open the case with our support and provide all logs from Help | Support Information.

Mike - Is your VC running on a port other than 443? Also, is this user registered as an administrator in VIrtual Center?
