Support options? Can't submit a case!!!

We have a valid rental agreement, I've logged in with the account I get licenses/downloads with (I can still see licenses, and they say they're active), but when I enter my support ID, the website tells me only the license admin can open cases, and to call the phone number listed. I'm in North America, and neither of the numbers posted work. One goes to a fast busy signal, the other is just dead air.

Anyway, posting my issue here.

Small one vmware host, backups running on a Windows 10 VM on that same host, repo is a USB drive.

Primary backups run perfectly. Config backup fails when it runs on a schedule. If I manually trigger it, it works. Error in the log shows it failed getting disk free space.

Ideas?

Hi, very sorry for the inconvenience.

I've checked and we are having 800 number issues, VOIP team is working on it
Local numbers are working IE: + 1 614 339 8252 so feel free to use them.

Ok, thanks -- Wondering if my ticket submitting issue online might be due to the fact we >just< did our rental agreement renewal since our first year was up last week...
