Is there a way to limit the view of case managers to only the cases they created rather than all cases created for that support ID?
We have an instance where the person we want to create cases for their office cannot be able to see support cases created by other offices. All case managers are linked to the same support IDs/licenses.

Hi, currently there's no ability to limit the view to only the cases created by the particular administrator, but the portal team is working on the functionality to allow administrators to filter cases themselves, to see only those they have created. Thanks!
