Support SSH Ciphers, DH Key Exchange Algorithms and HMACs

you need to configure the SSHD on the Linux host according to the supported algorithms & HMACs. You cannot force VBR to use unsupported algorithms. Please see check VBR encryption standards and this KB

No, VBR does not use putty as SSH client engine. Granados / Renci SSH is used
