Case ID: 05029592
I am trying to get someone to look at my Priority 2 ticket, but it's been nearly a week since it was created and two days since I have had any reply. I have left updates and sent emails, but so far nothing.

Do you have escalated the Case, before writing a topic here?
This forum is not run by the support department. Escalating the case could be more helpful if it's a time matter issue.

Thanks for the info. I have just used the feature to request an escalation. I wasn't sure of who else to contact. We are not sure if our recovery process is even working at the moment, so this is very annoying from support to have left us this long.

Sorry to hear you got into this situation. As far as I see from the case, our engineer has requested additional information to confirm the issue, so I assume the investigation process is ongoing.
