Support - US Holidays
I'm working the day after Thanksgiving and have an open ticket that I thought I would call and finish up. Not critical, but has been open a while and I need more than email help to accomplish.
Anyway, we have Standard support and I was surprised when support told me they could not help me today as it is a US holiday. I'll admit, many aren't working today but I do know that the day after Thanksgiving isn't a US federal holiday (and not listed as a public holiday). So I was wondering if there is a list of support holidays by country (or at least US) that I could find for future reference.
I'm not upset that support is closed, and I am behind companies being more lenient about time off for employees. Especially in the US. But I might have been more aggressive to complete the case the day before Thanksgiving had I known Veeam sees the day after as a US holiday. So a list of support holidays would be great. I could not find it in the support reference guide.
Thanks all, and Happy Holidays!

Hi, Mark
Apparently, the day after Thanksgiving is a state holiday in many US states, including Ohio (which is where our US support office is located).
In future, you can refer to this calendar:

Thanks. Am still a little confused because that site lists it as "not a public holiday" and also shows Mother's Day and Father's Day as listed, but am guessing you are not closed those dates? The Ohio.gov site does not show it as a state holiday.
Again, not trying to nitpick, but would be great if there was an official Veeam calendar to reference. We often do more project work around the holidays when slow and helps us in planning for availability if needed.
