Quick question, I am noticing that there must be a supported list of Linux distro's that are supported to use as backup target servers as I cannot add my sabayon/gentoo Linux servers but I can add rhel/centos/debian Linux hosts as backups targets.
Whats the deal? Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

Re: Supported Linux hosts as backup targets
Hello Kevin,
Actually, all major Linux distributions (perl need to be presented as well as ability to connect by ssh) are supported as backup targets, so can you send us veeamshell.log to support@veeam.com from Help->Support Information, so we could see what is preventing you from adding those Linux servers to your backup console.
Thank you.
