Hi,
We are using sure backups to test our backups but we need to extract some files out of the restored machine that is using surebackup.
It is possible to copy files out of the isolated environment
Thanks,

Re: Sure Backup Extract Data
Hello,
and welcome to the forum.
RDP / SSH (from the backup server) would be one option that comes into my mind first. Alternatively a connection of whatever other VM (add network card or move the whole VM) you have available into the virtual lab and copy the files to that machine would work (access to the virtual lab VMs could be done via console). Also attaching a disk and disconnecting the disk would be possible. I'm sure there are more creative options
Best regards,
Hannes
