Sure Backup vmware tools error

Hi, I running a sure backup job with heartbeat, dns, verification, at the real time statics it shows everything in green but after the DC test it shows an error and stops there, (Powering on :no vmware tools) the VM tested is a DC and it has VMware tools version 7 installed on it and is running with no trouble on the productive environment.
Any Ideas????

Hi, try reinstalling VMware Tools on source VM and performing new backup.

Did reinstalling the tools fix the issue? I'm noticing the same on a couple of our ESX 3.5 servers.
