Sureback error after a restore

We had a crash on some VM and had to restore them. But now our Surebackup give the following error :

"Error: Ping test will be skipped because VM is not connected to any private network."

All other VM in the same SureBackup job report successfull.

Any idea what can cause this?

Hi Jorgen,

The only supposition is that a VM is started in SureBackup without network adapter by some reason, maybe it was backed up without network adapter on last incremental runs?
You may also check the behavior by using a restore point created before VM was crashed - "Start To" option.

In general, the best way is to raise a support request, please don't forget to share the support case ID with us.
