SureBackup - Cannot Access Internet
I have a SureBackup job with 1 VM and am unable to access the internet from the VM. I have the box checked to use the proxy for the internet also. I am able to RDP into the VM after adding a route from my PC to the VM. The proxy is on the same subnet as the server running Veeam and the Veeam server has a route to the masquerade subnet. I added the proxy settings to IE also. What am I missing? Thanks!

I can RDP to the SureBackup Job VM's masqueraded IP from the production network.

Hmm... given that you've enabled the checkbox to allow internet access from this VM and can RDP to it, we need to take a closer look a the virtual lab configuration. Please contact our support team to review your setup.
