We're not able to run SureBackup. We are on version 5.0.1 running on Server 2008 (64-bit).
It is throwing the vmx error below. I have a ticket open with Veeam support, and they confirmed that the settings are all correct. Support suggested I post here so the devs can take a look.

I will ask to re-open your ticket and will also discuss support engineer's "recommendation" with his manager. I have yet to see a dev to post on this forum in 3 years... Sorry about this.
