SureBackup - Job Fail

Post by gutopqd »

Hi!

I created a job to test backup 19 virtual machines.

When testing a virtual machine points to a failure, the job ends without testing the rest of the virtual machines.

How to avoid this problem?

Hi Carlos,

Please open a support case and share its ID with us as requested when you click New Topic. As explained there, we cannot troubleshoot technical issues over the forum posts. All posts about technical issues without case ID will be deleted by forum moderator eventually.

Looks like Apache and MySQL services are not started, you may try to increase "Application initialization timeout" and "Maximum allowed boot time" timeout in the application group settings.

Thanks!

I apologize for opening this topic inappropriately.

I opened a case (#05327191) in support as per your guidance.

My need is to test ALL virtual machines, even if one of them shows some failure.

Thank you!

Let's wait for what support team can find out in regards to the error from your report. Speaking about the behavior in general, this is by design that the rest of VMs is ignored after a VM is failed as long as the failed VM is added to the application group.

Thanks!
