Surebackup Job not stopping

Hi Guys

I've got a surebackup job that runs after my backup job finishes. Although it runs successfully I have to stop the session manually every morning - the status then shows success. I do not have the 'LEave VMs running' tickbox checked so in my mind the job should finish and shutdown the virtual lab and VMs after it completes. Any ideas?

Hello Werner,

Could you please clarify if you start this surebackup job manually/by schedule or use U-AIR request? Anyway, It is not an expected behaviour, so please contact our support team directly for quicker assistance.

This is an automatic job that is scheduled to start directly after the main backup job runs.
