SureBackup Job Stuck

To "Starting virtual lab routing engine" and after a while "Error while powering on appliance"

If I check in the vsphere client, the ressource pool is created, virtual switch, port group too and the proxy appliance is started

vsphere build 294855, one production LAN

When I try without proxy virtual appliance it's OK
