Our backup structure is as shown below:
https://www.4shared.com/photo/y7DkBw5fiq/Drawing2.html
The backup is restored without any problems in the isolated environment, but when we want to create access for the user to the server by Static Mapping, access is not possible.
We use vmware 7 and Veeam backup 10a.
Virtual infrastructure is also integrated with the ACI structure
Do you have any idea about the problem ?

Re: Surebackup problem in Static Mapping
Hello,
I would recommend to make sure that you have routing from VBR network to the network in which an access IP is defined. If it does not help please contact our support team and share a support request ID over here.
Thanks!

Re: Surebackup problem in Static Mapping
It is a bit hard to follow as a lot of things are missing on your drawing.
But it looks like the static mapping has both IPs on the lab internal network subnet (if your subnet mask is 255.255.255.0).
