Surebackup stuck on "Stopping"

Goodmorning,
using vbr13 i've a "little problem".
I've manually stopped a surebackup job but it remains on "Stopping" and doesn't stop.
I've powered off the appliance and the virtual lab and re-powered on the server but once it starts, i get the job again on "stopping" status

Before opening a case..do you have any idea?

Hi Michele,

A support case is required if a session is stuck.
It may be caused by a stalled entry in the database, which needs to be reviewed by support.
It also makes sense to investigate why it got stuck to help prevent it from happening again.

Thank you Fabian,
I'm trying to open a ticket but on the last step of the "Open case" procedure, it stays stuck on the third step (the last one) with a spinning wheel on the "Submit button".
I couldn't attach the support log due to the same problem...stuck on uploading at 96%.
Today it's not a good day...

Sorted by myself.
I've removed the NFS datastore in use by surebackup and the job stopped immediatelly.
