Hi all,
I have a little problem about the IP for the Virtual Lab
My ESXi have two interfaces (1) Mgmt Network (192.168.1.0/24 - no DHCP) and (2) VM Network (145.100.239.0/24 with DHCP)
The Veeam backup box is sitting on 192.168.1.0
When setup the Virtual Lab
Proxy -> Production Network connection. I put 192.168.1.9/24, GW and DNS
Network Setting -> IP:145.100.239.254/24 and Masquerade 142.103.255.D and I put DNS server too.
First, the surebackup has no complaint about starting virtual lab routing engine
When It run the domain controller. I have 4 warnings
23/10/2014 3:23:22 PM Warning DC - Reconfiguring
23/10/2014 3:26:50 PM Warning DC - Powering on
23/10/2014 3:26:52 PM Warning DC - Running ping test(s)
23/10/2014 3:46:52 PM Warning DC - Running test scripts
After the domain controller, it will do Exchange, everything seems to work but I have three errors
23/10/2014 3:52:43 PM Error mail - Running test scripts
23/10/2014 3:52:43 PM Error Error: Application group failed to start
23/10/2014 3:53:02 PM Error Error: Application group failed to start
Is it something wrong the Netwroking IP setup?

Re: Surebackup Virtual Lab Network
If you look into session of your DC and Exchange VMs, you will see the exact reason.
From the job session I can say only that script test on your Exchange server is failed, I suppose it can be guest firewall blocking port 25.

Re: Surebackup Virtual Lab Network
Then it is worth to check whether VMXNET3 adapter is used. See his KB for details: http://www.veeam.com/kb1570
