SureBackup, Virtual Lab & VMware licensing

Hi all,
i've seen that SureBackup and Virtual Lab requires to able to create Resource pool, this means that the VMware Infrastructure has to be licensed with Enterprise (which provides DRS), is right?......or these two features may work even without DRS?
