Task failed Error

So I gave up on Veeam back in January as it suddenly started pulling this error:

Task failed Error: An attempt was made to access a socket in a way forbidden by its access permissions

I only use it to backup a VM once in a while, like when I am going to decommission it and put it in an archive.

So I decided to tackle it again and see what's going on, anyone able to give me some direction here?

it doesn't show up on any search I have done.

VMware 5.1
VM is shutdown and ready to archive then remove.

Looks like windows firewall may cause this. Check this article and the given solution and let us know if that helps. Thank you.

good call!! I temp disabled the workstations AVG firewall and off it goes!!

I will add an exception for this now!

what ports do I need to open? or applications do I need to allow?

I have allowed veeam.Backup.Servcie through, no change....

C:\PROGRAM FILES\VEEAM\BACKUP AND REPLICATION\BACKUP\VEEAM.BACKUP.MANAGER.EXE
