Threat Visibility and Analytics veeam VBR
Hello,
I have an all in one server VBR and VeeamOne and Enterprise manager for lab VM.
I would like to know if there is something to do to be able to use Threat Visibility and Analytics because when I go to it on my VBR console (analytics tab), it just asks me to get Veeam One.
Veeam One is installed on last version like VBR and I added in Veeam One the "enterprise manager server" (itself).
I don't find the documentation about it if I need to configure something... In VeeamOne web client I can see it, but normally I should also be able to see it on the VBR console right ?
Thanks

Hi Matteu
Make sure that access for the Dashboards is enabled:
„ Provide access to embedded dashboards for added backup servers“ check box —> https://helpcenter.veeam.com/docs/one/d ... ml?ver=120

Best,
Fabian

Hello,
You will probably need to use the button "reconnect" and accept the remote certificate.
It's possible you could have to wait some time to have all dashboards filled, specially the threat center part.

This tip is great but why not put that tip on the Analytics tab of VBR?

Re: Threat Visibility and Analytics veeam VBR
Hi all,
On my backup server, that is on the same network as the Veeam One server (no FW in between) analytics work fine.
But by default I don't connect to the backup server to manage the platform, I user Veeam console on my laptop that is on a different network.
I can access both backup server and Veeam one client and webclient from my laptop, but analytics on Veeam console wont reconnect to Veeam one.
Looked for port requirements but can't find anything specific
What do I need to make this work?

Hi Salmeida
Make sure that the checkbox is enabled (Provide access to embedded dashboards for added backup servers).
Please contact our customer support if it's enabled but the dashboard cannot displayed. Debug logs from your backups server will tell why it is not available in the console. Don't forget to share the case number with us.
Best,
Fabian

Re: Threat Visibility and Analytics veeam VBR
seems like TCP 2741 is getting blocked between the console and veeamone. Will try that first.
