We frequently have a queue of backups waiting to run
I'm seeing errors where a backup or backup copy job will time out waiting for resources
Could not allocate processing resources within allotted timeout (82800 sec)
Error: Timed out waiting for backup infrastructure resources to become available (82800 sec)
I'd be happy to just extend this time out value
Support gave me a registry key a long time ago, but when I finally applied it, I'm still seeing the same time out

NetworkIdleTimeoutInHours
REG_DWORD
Default Value: 24 (hours)
Perhaps it's a different key for my circumstance, or ???
Anybody dealt with this???

Yes, looking at the value name I am most certain they gave you the wrong one here... and there's most certainly a value for what you are trying to do. I will ask support to provide you the correct one. Thanks!

It should be

or
HvVmReadyToBackupTimeoutMin
depending on the Hypervisor type.
