Too many e-mails from veeam

Hi,

is there is a way to tune e-mail notifications after successful backup so you get only one e-mail a day?

we are getting an e-mail every 5 minutes or so at the moment...

Hi,

Yes, you can do this with Veeam ONE via advanced Notification Policy settings. Just specify the required email notification interval and apply it on the monitored backup server.

Should more information be required, please take a look at Veeam ONE User Guide (starting from page 41).

It would be nice, that such a feature is build in the backup product and not in a additonal product.

If you do not have Veeam ONE, you can also use Enterprise Manager to send daily summary email notifications on all your backup/replication jobs. For some reason this option has slipped out of mind.
