[case ID : 00445408] Traffic block header is corrupted
Hi,
I've a new problem : A status' backup job is on "Error". I show you the details : "Error: Client error: Traffic block header is corrupted, traffic block index '7456418451732789668'. Unable to retrieve next block transmission command. Number of already processed blocks: [33979]".
The job retry to run three times but the same problem appears (the block index is different), the data transfered is always the same number.
My VEEAM Backup and Replication version is 6.5.
I don't know how resolve this problem.
Someone has an idea ?
Thanks for your help.

Do you have this error constantly or it’s more about one occasion? Are all the jobs affected? Do you experience any network issues during the same time?
Anyway, the best way to address this issue is to keep working with our support team, since they will be able to take a look at logs files and understand what, actually, might have gone wrong. Thanks.

Hi Vladimir,
Thanks for your answer. Only one job is affected by the problem. This job runs the week-end only. In this job, one server only has this problem. During the same time (for me), the network run correctly and none application runs during the same time.
The logs are sent to your support team.

Jeremy, Pete - are you using 3rd party WAN acceleration appliance in your environments, by any chance?

Hi Anton,
The veeam's support resolved m'y problem. I've modified the "Storage optimization" of my Backup Jo :
- Before I've selected "Local target"
- Now I select "WAN Target".
Since this modification, I don't meet problem.
Thanks, have a nice day.
