Transfer socket license

Hi,
not sure if this is even possible:
I'd like to purchase a socket license from one of my customers as they won't need it in the future. Is this even possible / allowed?

Probably not.
Socket Licenses were sold in 2er packages and belong to the original company.
As far as I know they cannot be resold to other entities.
