Two backup jobs on a VM and CBT (changed block tracking)?

Hi

Is it possible to do two different backup jobs on a VM, and how will this affect CBT ?
We are currently running 5.0.1 enterprise.

This is what I am trying to to:
We have quite a few almost identical VM's that each have 5 disks, SCSI 0:1->0:5.
We do a daily job on these, all drives included to a local backup target.

I want to set up another job that only runs weekly, backups to another backup target, and only includes the first two disks, SCSI 0:0 and 0:1.
This backup target then gets rsync'ed to offsite location for disaster recovery purposes.

But how will this affect CBT? Is this possible?
Is CBT reset on every succesfull backup, or how does Veeam with CBT work?

Having a second job will not affect CBT, so feel free to follow your scenario.

5 ESXi v5 (No VC) Windows Guest VM's.

ONSITE:
Individual VBU Jobs in Sequential Time order (5p,7p,8p,9p,10p)M-Sun.
Target is a CIFS NAS.
CBT is enabled.

OFFSITE:
Looking to have 4 individual Weekly Jobs. No 5th week job for those months that have one. Each job will contain all 5 of the Guest VM's. Rather than individual jobs for each VM like are configured for the ONSITE option.
The respective (1-4) Job will run each Sunday at 11:45p.
Target will be an external USB or Ethernet Drive.
CBT will be enabled.

My question is:
Will there be any CBT issues between the jobs?
Will each job maintain its own CBT details?
How will the jobs differentiate between each CBT information?
