Hi,
We are currently running Veeam 6.0 for our VM backup and replication. We are presently installing a new server that will run Veeam 7.0.
On our ESX/ESXi host, is it possible to mix which Veeam server is replicating the VM. Exemple : Host ESXi#1 runs VM#1 and VM#2. VM#1 will be replicated using the old Veeam 6.0 server. Vm#2 will be replicated with the new Veeam 7.0 servers. It's for the transition time until we recreate all the replication job on the new Veeam 7.0 host.
Thanks,

Re: Two Veeam servers for backup replaication
Sure, no issues with backing up/replicating different VMs on the same host by different Veeam B&R backup servers. Probably, the following topic will be useful for you: Moving Veeam B&R to another server?
